The author's continuing theme is that the Techno-Logos Obsession for knowing and having-and-the illusion of an egocentric entity of separateness from others and nature have focused us on the techne truth impulse and away from the natural essence impulse. This has shielded us from the old way of the Seamless Web which has no entities-objects and toward nature being an object-a resource-a material. But the Ultimate Reality of Being is in Living Nature-Being Human, for what we are is a natural organism, an earthling, one strand in the web, an offspring and next of kin to Nature Essence-Mother Earth. It is the nature-of-nature to live here and now in the concrete-immediate experience of Being, not just knowing and having. We've had a number of thinkers, Emerson, Thoreau, and Muir who tried to show us the Way of Nature, for we lost the Native Vision-and-Experience of Living Nature, and we have ignored the Living nature of other Traditions, such as Ayurveda-and-Naturopathy. We now hear more and more about the "End-and-Death" of Nature, which seems impossible, but the evidence is mounting, and since we are not separate from nature or from others, this will be our end also.
